Too hardcore underdeveloped. Unless every other territory goes away, it'll be an impossible task for Sark to catch up with the numerous comfortable and livable options available. I wish them well and they'll attract a few adventurous types for sure, but the demographic will change so much and eventually fracture such a tiny place too much IMO. Good luck though.

Sark could be interesting but I highly recommend anybody who is interested, to check out the past performance of Swen Lorenz's picks, especially on his now-defunct "global profit hunter" site. One of the worst track records I've ever seen.

few questions: is the internet access locked into the 'infrastructure costs' due to the fiber-optic investment? does Star Link not function there yet? The other thing I noted from the discussion is that firearms are still regulated by the government - IMO, what you have for firearms should be of no business to the governemnt in a truly free society. Permits & regulation going beyond common sense usage is an 'infringement' of freedom. The other thing is how easy is it to get international mail being that the community is isolated from mail courier deliveries? Do residents have to drive 1/2 hour or more to get packages or building materials / supplies? - is there a "company store" / general at the community? What are the healthcare services like in Paraguay - at the community?

I just discovered your channel and this video brings back memories of my visits to Gran Canaria in 1994 when I would rent a condo in Puerto Rico while on leave from the U.N. Peacekeeping Troops in the Western Sahara. The buildings were new and filled with lots of tourists, like a Spanish Hawaii. If you like architecture, I would suggest Lanzarote which is more rural and has several significant sites. I am salvadoreño. I love El salvador. I have property in El salvador. I go almost every year. But what you need to realize is that people will go move, live where their money is treated best. I am sure you know our history? Who do you think is profiting from all the high prices? The same corrupt people who stole all the land back in the day. So I have been in the market for new properties. I found old, overpriced homes with USA prices with unsafe cracked walls cracked concrete and crooked construction labor. Our neighboring countries don't have a ton of trash outside their half million dollar home. I respect your passion, dough. I'll be investing outside my own county.
